High school students who can't do 4th grade math.  Dropout rates of 50%. Intelligent children who can't read. As we face the greatest economic challenge since the Great Depression will America's children have the skills necessary to lead us into the future? Will education become a national priority for an American Renaissance of Leadership and Technology or must we instead prepare for our continued national decline as we enter an Asian Century?
